Do you provide on site consultation and repair?
Absolutely! That's what 21st Century Computer Solutions is all about!
What are your fees?
For on site visits within 30 miles of Prescott Valley a $65.00 hourly charge after arrival (one hour minimum). After the first hour, billing is in 15 minute increments. Visits outside of the 30 mile radius are billed an additional .35/mi plus travel time.
Business networking consultation fees are $90.00/hr and emergency service is $95.00/hr.
Do you accept checks?
Yes. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted.
Is your work warranteed?
Labor is warranteed for 90 days. Parts are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. However, if an installed part should fail within the first 90 days after installation it will be replaced for no additional fees.
Do you sell parts?
We sell only components required through our repairs.
Do you sell computer systems?
You spec it and we'll build it. This way there is more control over the quality of parts involved. While this is more expensive than buying off the shelf, you'll find that our custom systems are better suited to your needs and are of significantly higher quality and reliability. Another big advantage - our open architecture is much more easily upgraded.
Which operating systems should I get?
The operating system you should get depends on your needs. Microsoft has the most popular software, where open source (i.e. Linux) can be downloaded off the internet for free. Other operating systems, such as Netware or OS/2 are used because they are efficient and have excellent security. When making a decision on which operating system to install, consider the total cost of ownership and support costs. Call for a consultation on what makes the most sense for you and your business.
