Instructed the first course in Windows 95 at Lebanon College. Made component level repairs to computer systems, monitors and printers. Local clients included Dartmouth College, Vermont Law School, Lebanon College, Hanover Inn, Whitman Press, Veterans Administration and hundreds of individuals and
small businesses while competing against large national chains.

Received Navy Commendation Medal for saving over $500,000.00 in the design, prototyping and installation of a Novell based Campus Area Network at Naval Submarine School, Groton, Connecticut. Held assignments at various submarine and training commands, supervising from eight to 79 military and civilian employees in the operation and repair of complex electronic data collection equipment and training.
